GASOLINE ENGINES

Our positive displacement technology eliminates throttling or pumping losses by injecting the correct amount of air into the engine at any speed and at any required pressure, this brings the gasoline engine efficiency to near that of the diesel engine. Our new type of positive displacement turbine mixes exhaust gas with ambient air before expanding the mixture. The turbine recovers substantially more energy than a conventional turbine during expansion of the mixture. Our compressors and turbines typically run at engine speed.

The total incorporated technology package enables a 1 litre gasoline engine to produce the power of a 1.6 litre engine but with a fuel consumption associated with a vehicle that uses an 1.4 litre engine.

The weight of the package is about 9 kg and costs about $100. The weight saving is the difference between the weight of a 1 litre engine and that of a 1.6 litre engine.
